Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our marketing efforts both online and offline.

Position Overview:
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brands. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can execute effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and enhance our company's exposure. The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Sales and Operations departments to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing:

• Develop and manage social media campaigns to enhance brands' presence and engagement.
• Oversee social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), including content creation, scheduling, and interaction with followers.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Manage the company's website content, press releases and ensure it is up-to-date and optimized for search engines (SEO).

Offline Marketing:

• Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns, including print ads, flyers, merchandise and events.
• Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, and banners.
• Organize and manage company participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events.
• Manage and approve campaigns from clients to ensure alignment with the company's direction and maintain high-quality standards.
• Maintain and develop relationships with major media outlets and advertising partners.

Brand Exposure:

• Enhance the exposure of our company and the brands that we represent through strategic partnerships and sponsorships.
• Identify and leverage opportunities for public relations and media coverage.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing channels and materials.

4. Marketing Material Adjustment:

• Customize marketing materials to align with specific campaigns, target audiences, and brand guidelines.
• Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, professional, and reflect the company's brand identity.

5. Giveaways and Promotions:

• Plan and execute promotional activities, including giveaways, contests, and special offers.
• Monitor the effectiveness of promotions and adjust strategies to maximize impact.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Must have knowledge and a genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media, SEO, and content marketing.
• Experience in planning and executing offline marketing campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok).
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and good knowledge of German is mandatory.
