We're looking for a
Payment Specialist
to join our
Marketing Operations team
. You'll manage day-to-day financial processes, ensure smooth and accurate payouts, and support the department in budget tracking, performance bonuses, and reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working with multiple payment systems and international transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and track regular payouts and performance-based bonuses.
- Maintain accurate records of payments, invoices, and approvals.
- Monitor budgets, prepare financial summaries, and assist in monthly reporting.
- Verify transaction data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely processing.
- Support process improvements to enhance payment accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the finance and marketing operations teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in payment operations, accounting, or financial administration.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with digital finance tools is an advantage.
- Understanding of multi-currency transactions and international payment flows.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in
English
