Service Delivery Executive

Phaedrus Living is currently looking to recruit an experienced Service Delivery Executive to join their high performing team in Athens.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and assist the housekeeping team in cleaning and maintaining properties.
  • Ensure properties meet Phaedrus Living's cleanliness and quality standards.
  • Assist in cleaning when necessary to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Keep track of stock-taking activities.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the guest ensuring excellent guest experience from initial stage of reservation until check out.
  • Respond to communications from guests, travel agents, and referral networks concerning reservations arriving by mail, telephone, message or through a central reservation system.
  • Create, process and maintain reservation records-usually by date of arrival and alphabetical listing prepare letters of confirmation and promptly process any cancellations and modifications.
  • Prepare the list of expected arrivals.
  • Process advance reservation deposits.
  • Track future room availability based on reservations, and help develop forecasts for room revenue and occupancy.
  • Perform other relevant assignments as requested.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of demonstrated work experience in hospitality/ tourism industry in a similar role.
  • University Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management will be considered an advantage.
  • Fluent in Greek and English, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficient in MS office, and computer literate.
  • EU Driver's license.
