Η Ελληνική Γαστρονομία Παλτσίδη Α.Ε. είναι μια οικογενειακή επιχείρηση που δραστηροποιείται εδώ και 50 χρόνια στην παραγωγή & διάθεση ελληνικών εδεσμάτων & ορεκτικών (σαλάτες, dressings, sauces, αλίπαστα κλπ), με έντονο εξαγωγικό χαρακτήρα & παρουσία σε περισσότερες από 35 χώρες.

Στα πλαίσια της συνεχούς ανάπτυξής της, αναζητά Quality Control Manager με έδρα τη Νεοχωρούδα Θεσσαλονίκης.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Φροντίζει για την εφαρμογή της Πολιτικής της εταιρείας σε όλα τα επίπεδα οργάνωσης.
  • Ελέγχει καθημερινά την ορθή και αποτελεσματική εφαρμογή των διαδικασιών του Συστήματος Ασφάλειας Τροφίμων και της τήρησης των κανόνων ορθής βιομηχανικής πρακτικής και υγιεινής από το προσωπικό.
  • Ελέγχει τις α' ύλες κατά την παραλαβή τους καθώς και τις προδιαγραφές των παραγόμενων προϊόντων.
  • Εκτελεί οργανοληπτικό & δειγματοληπτικό έλεγχο των τελικών παραγόμενων προϊόντων.
  • Έχει την ευθύνη δέσμευσης – αποδέσμευσης πρώτων υλών & τελικών προϊόντων.
  • Είναι υπεύθυνος για την τήρηση του FIFO σε πρώτες ύλες και τελικά προϊόντα
  • Διασφαλίζει την ενημερότητα του συστήματος ιχνηλασιμότητας της εταιρίας

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Ηγετικές και Οργανωτικές ικανότητες
  • Πτυχίο Ανώτατης (ΑΕΙ) - Ανώτερης Σχολής (ΤΕΙ) - Χημικού ή Τεχνολόγου Τροφίμων ή συναφούς αντικειμένου
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε βιομηχανικό περιβάλλον και παραγωγικές μονάδες, (τουλάχιστον 5 χρόνια)
  • Γνώσεις συστημάτων διασφάλισης ποιότητας.
  • Γνώση προγραμμάτων ERP (κατά προτίμηση SOFT 1)
  • Γνώση χρήσης Η/Υ και Microsoft Office (Excel, Word κλπ)
  • Γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Ικανότητα λήψης αποφάσεων και επίλυσης προβλημάτων
  • Αναλυτική σκέψη και κριτική ικανότητα
