Η Ελληνική Γαστρονομία Παλτσίδη Α.Ε. είναι μια οικογενειακή επιχείρηση που δραστηροποιείται εδώ και 50 χρόνια στην παραγωγή & διάθεση ελληνικών εδεσμάτων & ορεκτικών (σαλάτες, dressings, sauces, αλίπαστα κλπ), με έντονο εξαγωγικό χαρακτήρα & παρουσία σε περισσότερες από 35 χώρες.

Στα πλαίσια της συνεχούς ανάπτυξής της, αναζητά Quality Assurance Manager με έδρα τη Νεοχωρούδα Θεσσαλονίκης.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Σχεδιασμός, εφαρμογή και συντήρηση του Συστήματος Διαχείρισης Ποιότητας & Ασφάλειας Τροφίμων (ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000 / IFS / BRC όπου απαιτείται).
  • Ηγεσία και ανάπτυξη της ομάδας (coaching, αξιολογήσεις και εκπαίδευση) με στόχο την ενδυνάμωση, την υπευθυνότητα και τη συνεχή βελτίωση της.
  • Δημιουργία κουλτούρας συνεργασίας και προσανατολισμού στη λύση προβλημάτων μεταξύ τμημάτων.
  • Οργάνωση και διενέργεια εσωτερικών και εξωτερικών ελέγχων / audits και διαχείριση διορθωτικών δράσεων.
  • Συνεργασία με Παραγωγή, Ποιοτικό έλεγχο, R&D, Marketing, Πωλήσεις Εφοδιασμό για την επίλυση θεμάτων ποιότητας και για έργα βελτίωσης.
  • Διαχείριση παραπόνων πελατών και μη συμμορφώσεων – υλοποίηση διορθωτικών ενεργειών.
  • Έλεγχος προμηθευτών και αξιολόγηση αυτών, καθώς επίσης και των τεχνικών προδιαγραφών των προμηθευόμενων α' και β' υλών.
  • Έλεγχοι τήρησης προδιαγραφών α' υλών, υλικών συσκευασίας και τελικών προϊόντων.
  • Συμμετοχή στο σχεδιασμό και ανάπτυξη νέων προϊόντων και βελτίωση των υφισταμένων.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Ισχυρές ηγετικές ικανότητες: καθοδήγηση ομάδας, διαχείρισης συγκρούσεων, ανάθεσης αρμοδιοτήτων και παρακίνησης συνεργατών.
  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ (Τεχνολογίας Τροφίμων, Χημείας, Βιολογίας ή συναφούς αντικειμένου).
  • Τουλάχιστον 5+ έτη εμπειρίας σε ρόλο Quality Assurance Manager σε βιομηχανία τροφίμων.
  • Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία εφαρμογής HACCP / ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000 / IFS / BRC.
  • Εμπειρία σε εσωτερικά/εξωτερικά audits.
  • Γνώση μικροβιολογικών αναλύσεων (ικανότητα ανάγνωσης εργαστηριακών αναφορών).
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών καθηκόντων και θέσπισης προτεραιοτήτων για την αποτελεσματικότερη εκτέλεση αυτών.
  • Καλή γνώση προγραμμάτων ERP / MS Office.
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτά/προφορικά).
