About the Project:

Arven is supporting its hospitality partner in the recruitment of a
Finance Manager
for a luxury resort located on one of Greece's most beautiful touristic islands. The property is known for its laid-back luxury concept, minimalist architecture, and a focus on authentic, slow-living experiences.

Role Overview:

This role is for a key leadership position responsible for shaping the resort's financial structure and ensuring operational stability during a period of organizational transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain the hotel's financial structure and control systems
  • Lead P&L management and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Drive cost control and profitability improvement initiatives
  • Support the implementation of new Opera Cloud & finance systems
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth financial procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    6 years of experience
    in finance, preferably within
    5-star hotels
  • Strong understanding of
    Greek accounting and payroll regulations
  • Proven background in
    cost control, budgeting, and P&L management
  • Hands-on, open-door leadership style with strong multitasking skills
  • Fluency in
    English and Greek
  • Greek citizenship or valid
    work permit
    required
