Who We Are

Founded in 2010, Novibet is an established GameTech company operating in Europe, the Americas, and ROW countries (Greece, Brazil, Ireland, Finland, Mexico, Chile, Ecuador, Cyprus, and New Zealand), with hubs in Greece, Malta, Brazil, and Mexico and 1200+ employees across all countries of operation. We have our own proprietary platform which is a living organism of 150+ microservices and applications, most of them highly available. Our microservices' stack is .NET Core, SQL Server, RabbitMQ as a Message Broker and Redis for caching. We also use the ELK stack for logging, Kafka for event streaming and MongoDB.

What you will work on

• Oversee the technical execution of QA projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and priorities for the team within the product vertical.
• Act as the primary QA point of contact, aligning testing priorities with business and technical needs.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering growth in test automation, troubleshooting, and quality assurance skills.
• Make strategic decisions on QA processes, automation architecture, and team technical direction.
• Collaborate closely with cross-departmental stakeholders (e.g., business teams) and internal teams (e.g., lead software engineers, product owners, project managers) to ensure quality alignment and comprehensive test coverage
• Take ownership of the product vertical's deliverables, ensuring that testing practices and in extent all functionality follows high standards and reliability.
• Conduct semesterly evaluations to provide structured feedback.

What you bring

• University and/or Postgraduate Degree in a relevant field
• 4+ years of relevant working experience
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Experience in leading and mentoring QA teams
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Excellent time management skills
• English language (both verbal and written)
