This position requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.

We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Supervise on-site construction activities for new store openings, remodels, and renovations.
  • Scheduling and Budgeting: Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion and cost efficiency.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with design teams, contractors, and external partners to ensure accurate execution of plans and specifications.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Progress Reports: Prepare regular progress reports and proactively address any technical or operational issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree: Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years as a Site Supervisor, Construction Project Manager, or similar role in retail, commercial, or corporate construction projects.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and technical specifications. Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of project management software is a plus.
