Η "Bournas Medicals", ηγετική εταιρεία στην παραγωγή και εμπορία πιστοποιημένων ιατρικών αναλωσίμων και αναλωσίμων υγείας, αναζητά νέο μέλος για την ομάδα του Τμήματος Αγορών - Purchasing στη θέση: Buyer – Product Development.

Περιγραφή Θέσης

  • Διενέργεια αγορών προϊόντων (πρώτων υλών ή /και έτοιμων) και επικοινωνία με τους προμηθευτές (κυρίως εξωτερικού) για την προμήθεια αυτών στη βέλτιστη τιμή και ποιότητα.
  • Διαχείριση παραγγελιών και συνεχής επικοινωνία με προμηθευτές έως την οριστική παραλαβή (follow up).
  • Επίλυση θεμάτων που προκύπτουν κατά την προμήθεια των προϊόντων.
  • Παρακολούθηση αποθεμάτων (stock) και διατήρηση τους σε βέλτιστα ασφαλή επίπεδα βάσει καταναλώσεων, αναμενόμενων παραλαβών και προβλέψεων παραγγελιών.
  • Δημιουργία πλάνου προβλέψεων καταναλώσεων για τον αποτελεσματικότερο προγραμματισμό των παραγγελιών.
  • Συνεργασία με τα λοιπά τμήματα της εταιρείας για την αποτελεσματικότερη διαχείριση των προβλέψεων, των αποθεμάτων και την ορθή παραλαβή των προϊόντων.
  • Σωστή ενημέρωση και διαχείριση συστήματος CRM / ΕRP και δημιουργία αναφορών KPIs προϊόντων και προμηθευτών.
  • Εντοπισμός και επικοινωνία με νέους προμηθευτές στην Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό, με σκοπό την εξασφάλιση ανταγωνιστικών όρων συνεργασίας.
  • Έρευνα για διακυμάνσεις τιμών και εντοπισμό νέων προϊόντων και προμηθευτών, με στόχο την ενίσχυση του χαρτοφυλακίου της εταιρείας, την αξιολόγηση νέων τάσεων και δυνατοτήτων διαφοροποίησης προϊόντων σύμφωνα με τις ανάγκες της αγοράς και τους στρατηγικούς στόχους της εταιρείας.
  • Συνεργασία με τα τμήματα Πωλήσεων, Marketing και Ποιότητας για την αξιολόγηση της εμπορικής και κανονιστικής καταλληλόλητας νέων προϊόντων.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε οργανωμένο Τμήμα Αγορών.
  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ ή ΤΕΙ σε Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Χρηματοοικονομικά ή Λογιστική
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας.
  • Άριστη χρήση Η/Υ και MS Office.
  • Ευχέρεια στην χρήση CRM / ΕRP.
  • Ικανότητα διαπραγμάτευσης, οργάνωσης και διαχείρισης χρόνου.
  • Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και ομαδικότητα.

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε τμήμα αγορών σχετικό με τον ιατρικό κλάδο.
  • Γνώση δεύτερης ξένης γλώσσας.
