Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly-motivated RnD Formulator to join our dynamic team,

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of new formulations as well as improvement of existing products.
• Manage formulation projects from concept through feasibility, lab-scale trials, and pilot scale-up, ensuring alignment with regulatory and manufacturing requirements.
• Conduct literature and patent reviews to support formulation strategy and innovation scouting.
• Select and justify excipients and active substances based on their functionality, compatibility, regulatory status, and target product profile.
• Develop and execute experimental designs to optimize formulations and processes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Analytical Development, Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing.
• Preparing documentation for regulatory submissions.
• Participate in troubleshooting formulation and process-related issues during development, validation, or post-launch phases.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of technical experience in process development, R&D formulating preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• English language: very good writing and conversation skills.
• Computer: Excellent in MS office, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. 
• High self-management skills.
• Understanding of GMP regulations and experience with regulatory filings
