Job Summary

\

We are seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our Finance Team.

\

The successful candidate will be responsible for consolidating financial inputs, forecasting revenue, and analyzing financial data to inform business decisions.

\

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining financial models and forecasts\
  • Analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement\
  • Preparing financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders\
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability\
  • Identifying and mitigating financial risks and opportunities\
  • Providing financial guidance and support to business leaders\
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis\
  • Continuously improving processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness\\

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

\
  • \
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting\
  • 4-6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the FMCG or Beverage industry\
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel, with experience in ERP systems (SAP, HFM) an advantage\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and excellent communication skills\
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral\
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment\
  • Commitment to personal growth and professional development\\
