The Role

, we are looking for a
Senior Financial Analyst

with strong business acumen and analytical mindset to join our growing team. You will play a key role in financial planning, performance monitoring, regulatory compliance, and strategic projects such as corporate restructuring, funding, and business recovery.

We Are Looking For Someone Who


• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields


• Holds a Master's degree (MSc, MBA) – considered a strong asset


• Has 3+ years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or restructuring


• Demonstrates strong knowledge of IFRS, Greek Accounting Standards, and management accounting principles


• Has excellent Excel and BI tool (Power BI, Tableau) skills


• Possesses a solid understanding of tax and regulatory frameworks


• Has excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Greek


• Brings prior experience in Fintech, Financial Services, or Industry – a plus


• Understands financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and planning


• Is results-oriented, proactive, and able to make quick decisions in dynamic settings
