Effective Financial Operations Manager

The Accounts Payable & Cash Team Leader role is responsible for overseeing the efficient management of cash flow and payments. This position involves ensuring seamless interactions with banks, administering bank loans and guarantees, managing e-banking platforms, and maintaining effective communication with financial institutions.
">- Cash Flow Monitoring: Proactive monitoring and analysis of cash flow to provide short-term forecasts and optimize financial stability.
- Bank Loan Administration: Oversight of bank loans and letters of guarantee (LGs) to ensure compliance and optimal utilization.
- E-Banking Platform Management: Effective management of bank accounts and e-banking platforms to streamline financial operations.
- Group Payments Oversight: Coordination and supervision of group payments to ensure timely and accurate disbursements.
- Financial Reporting: Preparation of monthly or ad-hoc reports to provide insights into financial performance and support strategic decision-making.
- Bank Communication: Maintenance of effective communication with banks to resolve queries and address concerns in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance, preferably complemented by a Master's degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Treasury or Accounts Payable roles, with a strong background in cash flow management, supplier payments, and loan administration.
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative spirit, attention to detail, responsibility, and proactiveness.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
