Deputy Service Manager
to join
our Earthmoving & Marine Engines Division
and help us ensure seamless operations and top-tier customer service.

Your Role:

As  a Deputy Service Manager, you'll be at the heart of our service operations—coordinating daily activities, supporting our teams, and ensuring the highest standards of technical excellence and customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate, schedule, and monitor daily service operations

Ensure timely and high-quality execution of repairs

Support departmental targets and contribute to financial goals

Communicate effectively with customers and ensure their satisfaction

Promote and uphold health & safety standards

Contribute to the development of the team and department

What We're Looking For:

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (AEI or TEI)

A Master's degree will be considered a plus

2–5 years of experience in a similar role

Excellent PC skills and MS Office proficiency

Strong command of English (B2 level or higher)

Completed military obligations (if applicable)
