Inventory Management Specialist
to join our driven and passionate team.

Your Role

As an
Inventory Management Specialist
, you will report to the
Parts Sales & Marketing Manager
, and your main responsibilities include:

  • Planning and evaluating Parts stock requirements to ensure optimal availability and customer satisfaction.
  • Planning and coordinating Parts ordering and receiving processes (stock reordering, initial stock, customer back-orders, etc.).
  • Monitoring stock quality and implementing measures to meet established targets.
  • Analyzing and reporting stock and service level performance through KPIs.
  • Managing supplier claims, returns, and inventory discrepancies, including stock counting.
  • Maintaining accurate Parts and Supplier master data to support reliable operations.

Your Profile

We are seeking a motivated and business-driven professional who brings:

· Technical school or University degree — Logistics studies will be considered an asset.

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, ideally within the
automotive industry
.

· Excellent command of MS Office; experience with logistics systems will be an advantage.

· Fluency in
Greek and English
(German knowledge will be a plus).

· A proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

· Team spirit, adaptability, and self-motivation to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
