The Role

As an
E-Commerce Specialist
you will manage and optimize our online stores while working closely with the
Performance Marketing
and
Digital Marketing
teams to execute high-impact campaigns across digital channels such as
SMS
,
Viber
,
email
, and
social media
.

Your Mission in the Team

  • Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce platforms (OpenCart, Magento)
  • Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing teams on campaigns, promotions, and strategic initiatives
  • Execute and monitor digital campaigns across various channels including SMS, Viber, email, and paid media
  • Propose, create, and manage special product categories to highlight collaborations, seasonal promotions, and customer needs
  • Ensure accurate and timely product listings, stock updates, and other catalog-related tasks
  • Optimize website performance, loading speed, and mobile responsiveness
  • Analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and site performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console
  • Apply best practices in on-site SEO and internal search optimization
  • Coordinate with developers or external teams to troubleshoot issues and deploy new features

What We Are Looking for in You

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms (OpenCart and Magento)
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, campaigns, and communication channels
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and conversion optimization
  • Proficiency in SEO and e-commerce analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and omnichannel commerce
  • Ability to interpret marketing KPIs and turn insights into actionable improvements
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field
