Τo , μέλος του ομίλου Αντέννα βρίσκεται σε αναζήτηση νέων μελών για την ομάδα της εξυπηρέτησης πελατών. Γίνε μέλος μία νεανικής και πολύ γρήγορα αναπτυσσόμενης ομάδας και βοήθησε το καταναλωτικό κοινό να εξοικονομήσει χρόνο και χρήμα στη καθημερινότητα του.

Τι θα κάνεις καθημερινά:

Τηλεφωνική υποστήριξη, διαχείριση και εξυπηρέτηση αιτημάτων πελατών. Πιο συγκεκριμένα:

  • Διαχείριση εισερχόμενων αιτημάτων μέσω τηλεφώνου, e-mail και chat.
  • Επίλυση προβλημάτων και απαντήσεις σε ερωτήματα που έχουν οι πελάτες σχετικά με τα προϊόντα που αγοράζουν από την ηλεκτρονική πλατφόρμα μας.
  • Καταχώρηση και ενημέρωση πληροφοριών στο σύστημα διαχείρισης πελατών της εταιρείας (CRM).
  • Παρακολούθηση της εξέλιξης των αιτημάτων των πελατών μας και επικοινωνία με τους συνεργάτες του Pricefox με σκοπό την βέλτιστή διευθέτηση τους.
  • Έλεγχος, επεξεργασία, προώθηση και αρχειοθέτηση ηλεκτρονικών δικαιολογητικών και εγγράφων σύμφωνα με τις εσωτερικές μας διαδικασίες και την Πολιτική Πωλήσεων του εκάστοτε συνεργάτη μας.
  • Συνεργασία και υποστήριξη στο τμήμα πωλήσεων.

Τι χρειάζεται να έχεις:

  • Να είστε απόφοιτοι Λυκείου ή τριτοβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης.
  • Να μπορείς να χρησιμοποιήσετε άνετα Η/Υ και CRM συστήματα.
  • Να έχεις πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση και αναπτυγμένες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.
  • Να έχεις ομαδικό πνεύμα και να μπορείτε να συνεργαστείτε ταυτόχρονα με διαφορετικές ομάδες.
