Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in purchasing and forwarding spare parts.
  • Handle invoices and related documentation accurately and on time.
  • Communicate with suppliers, vessels & internal departments.
  • Maintain records in the company's ERP system.
  • Support the department in administrative & operational tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Shipping or related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in English
  • Advance PC literacy
  • Knowledge of Danaos ERP will be considered as an asset
