Invoicing Clerk.

Responsibilities

As part of the Accounting team, Invoicing Clerk will be responsible for:

• Preparing and issuing customer invoices in accordance with company procedures and contract terms.
• Ensuring accuracy of pricing, project details, and supporting documentation prior to invoice issuance.
• Reconciling invoiced amounts with internal records, service reports, and purchase orders.
• Handling credit notes, corrections, and invoice adjustments when required.
• Maintaining organized and up-to-date digital records of all invoicing activities.
• Collaborating with sales, service, and logistics teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Assisting in accounts receivable monitoring and supporting collection efforts.
• Providing support to the accounting department during month-end closings and audits.

Requirements

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in invoicing, billing, or a similar accounting role.
• Proficiency in
  SoftOne ERP
  (required).
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
