for this role the
yearly starting salary is 25.760
EUR Gross.

As a
Retail Activation & In-store Marketing Specialist
, you will help us make sure we win with consumers where they take the ultimate purchase decision – In the store, via in-store marketing campaigns and retail activations.

Your Role:

• Lead the execution of Channel and Customer Marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives, while working closely with internal and customer instore marketing team.
• Lead and oversee the production of Point of Sale Materials (POSM) on a national level, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with brand guidelines.
• Generate and analyze reports on Point of Sale Materials (POSM) to drive effectiveness and optimizations.
• Collaborate with Shopper Based Design team to manage the production and implementation of permanent instore constructions & category beautifications, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
• Coordinate and manage all electro channel instore marketing related projects, ensuring they align with marketing strategies and operational goals.
• Develop, manage, and track budgets for marketing projects, ensuring all expenditures are within approved limits and aligned with financial objectives.
• Ensure all marketing activities and materials comply with regulatory and company standards, including Stew compliance requirements.
• Lead corporate premiums menu for instore campaigns, ensuring effective execution and alignment with overall marketing strategies.
• Work closely with external agencies to develop and execute marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring alignment with brand standards and objectives.
• Foster strong relationships with agency partners to drive innovation and optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and execution.

Job Qualifications
