The
Commercial Executive
will play a key role in the growth and development of Stoiximan, supporting the Commercial team in driving performance and business impact. As a
Commercial Executive
, you will:

  • Support the development and execution of the commercial plans, monitoring performance and suggesting corrective actions;
  • Act as the key POC/checkpoint for cross-departmental communications, ensuring absolute alignment and fast execution;
  • Track the P&L performance, providing insights and recommendations;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and management to review and optimize commercial agreements, ensuring ROI and minimizing company risk;
  • Interact closely with BI, Marketing, CRM, Finance, CS and other teams in the organization for requests, business needs and projects;
  • Provide data-driven analysis and reports to guide strategic decisions;
  • Lead or support commercial and strategic initiatives aimed at improving KPIs, customer experience and commercial performance.

What you bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in a commercial or analytical role in a fast-paced industry;
  • Hands-on approach with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn;
  • Solid understanding of customer behavior, retention and conversion metrics;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Experience in working as a stakeholder in a positive, collaborative and performance-driven way;
  • Experience of process-driven operations is an advantage, but not a demand;
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail;
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
