is actively looking to recruit a Revenue Executive (Fixed Term Contract) (Position Ref.: REVEXFT)
This position will be reporting to the Revenue Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Be the owner of new Channel Connections (Room and Rate Plan Mapping, Accurate Availability distribution) on the Channel Manager
- Support inventory management and pricing through all channels on a daily basis
- Assist the DORM with essential administrative duties and fulfill reporting and analysis tasks
- Closely monitor competitive pricing and understand the impact of pricing decisions on property performance; perform competitor checks and report as appropriate
- Support the DORM in the effective implementation of Standards, Policies & Procedures (Rate Plans, Rate Categories, Market Segmentation, Profiles, and all other PMS and Channel Manager RM-related functionalities)
- Action rate solicitations as directed and maintain rate plans
- Ensure the hotel is compliant with Best Rate Guarantee standards
- Assist the DORM with balancing all figures between the PMS and Channel Manager, ensuring accurate data entry
- Support the execution of the selling strategy through the Channel Manager and all available channels
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Revenue Management or a similar analytical role within the hospitality or service industry
- A University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or other related fields will be considered an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Familiarity with hotel systems and Property Management Systems (PMS), especially Opera
- Prior experience with WebHotelier and/or PrimalRES will be considered an asset
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Channel Connectivity for Central Reservation Systems (CRS) is required
- Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented
- Able to perform well under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- High level of integrity and a team-oriented approach
