Afixis Hospitality Management Company
, is looking for a Reservations Executive. The Reservations Executive will handle various properties within the Afixis Hospitality portfolio, will work closely and report to the commercial manager. Role is based in Athens (Year-round employment)

The main responsibilities of the Reservations Executive are:

  • Handling guest requests via email, telephone and reservation platforms.
  • Responds to all guest reservation requests and executes prompt, courteous and accurate guest service at all times.
  • Frequent communication with the front office department for handover.
  • Manages the daily operations and efficient running of the Reservations Department.
  • Is familiar and involved in the key principles of pricing strategies and revenue management.
  • Manages reservation function to maintain the highest possible room occupancy and average daily rate.
  • Tracks weekly, monthly, and yearly statistics for analytical, budgeting and forecasting purposes.
  • Handles external systems such as channel manager, web-booking engines, rate comparison tools, OTAs extranets etc.

We are looking for a candidate that:

  • Holding a degree in Hospitality/Tourism will be considered as an asset.
  • Has at least two to three-year experience in hotel reservations.
  • Has excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Greek. Knowledge of an additional language will be considered as an asset.
  • Diligent, numbers-oriented, self-motivated.
  • Has negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a very strong customer-focused approach.
  • Dealing with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Well-groomed with organizational skills.
