BPM Backend Developer

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the backend logic supports the intended business requirements
  • Integrate BPM solutions with other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, databases, third-party APIs) to automate workflows and data exchanges
  • Develop custom backend logic and tasks (such as service tasks) that extend the BPM platform's capabilities
  • Write custom scripts, Java code, or web services to implement complex business logic where out-of-the-box features may not suffice

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of proven experience as a Backend Developer, or a similar role
  • Experience in process development in BPM Platforms (preferably IBM BAW) including relevant certifications, Kafka
  • Excellent, certified oral and written communication in English
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
