We are growing and thus looking for an ambitious
Mid Backend Software Engineer
to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize backend services that power our ERP platform. You will work closely with product managers, frontend developers, and cloud engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing features that solve real challenges in the maritime industry.

Our technology stack combines .NET for backend services, Angular for frontend applications, and modern cloud-native infrastructures such as Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, with MSSQL as our primary database.

Main Duties:

  • Develops, maintains, and optimizes backend services using .NET (.NET 8)
  • Designs and implements RESTful APIs to support Angular frontend applications
  • Works with MSSQL databases to design schemas, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity
  • Deploys and manages applications in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and containerized environments with Docker
  • Participates in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies
  • Contributes to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
  • Debugs and resolves productions issues, ensuring reliability and resilience of services.

Required Skills:

  • 3–5 years of experience in backend development with .NET (C#)
  • Strong experience with MSSQL schema design, query optimization, stored procedures
  • Good understanding of Azure Cloud Services and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing REST APIs
  • Solid grasp of software engineering best practices: SOLID, clean code, unit testing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work collaboratively in teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with Microservices and distributed systems
  • Exposure to Event-Driven Architectures (Azure Service Bus, Kafka)
  • Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
  • Interest or prior experience in the maritime sector.
