We are growing and thus looking for an ambitious
ERP Consultant (PMS & Technical Modules)
with great communication skills to join our Implementation department and build collaborative relationships with our clients focused on customer success.

Main Duties:

• Provides consulting services to shipping companies on the optimal use and configuration of the PMS software
• Collaborates with the development team to design and enhance system functionalities based on real operational needs
• Performs testing of new features using real-life maritime operations scenarios
• Serves as the primary point of contact for clients to assess their needs, understand their priorities, and align with their goals
• Analyzes client requirements and produce structured reports and actionable feedback
• Communicates regularly with clients to provide updates on project timelines
• Demonstrates new system features to clients upon project completion
• Provides training to clients as needed, participate in training sessions, and contribute to the development of training materials
• Aligns customer requirements with the capabilities of the Benefit ERP system.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Maritime Studies, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science
• Basic understanding of ship machinery systems and maintenance procedures
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and overall ease with technology tools
• Proficient command of the English Language (written & oral)
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Results-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
• Background in ERP implementation projects, either within a software company or as part of a system integrator team
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Multitasking and strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels
• Previous experience in software support or training, especially in Planned Maintenance systems.
