Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on customer requests.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver a positive experience.
Collaborate with the team and follow company guidelines.
Requirements:
- Fluent German (written and spoken) & good English skills.
- EU citizenship OR valid work permit (full-purpose, specific-purpose, or refugee protection certificate).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- No prior experience required – entry-level position.
