The Role: What You Will Be Doing
As the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers, you will be the voice of our brand, providing world-class support for all travel-related inquiries. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer queries via phone, email, and chat in German, focusing on bookings, modifications, cancellations, and general product/service information.
- Efficiently diagnosing and resolving customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintaining accurate, detailed records of all customer interactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.
- Striving to consistently meet and exceed customer satisfaction and service quality targets.
What You Bring
Must-Have Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Fluent German (C1/C2), both written and verbal, is mandatory.
- English Proficiency: Minimum B2 level of English is required for internal communication and training.
- Eligibility: Must possess EU Citizenship OR a Residence Card with Full Market Access to legally work in Greece.
- Commitment to Relocation:
- All candidates relocating from abroad must arrive in Athens 7 days prior to the January 30, 2026 start date to complete hiring documentation.
- Relocated employees are required to work on-site at our Athens office for a minimum of 3 months. (Exception: Employees who already own a confirmed house/apartment in Greece with a reliable internet connection may be eligible to begin fully remote immediately).
Good to Have
- Prior experience in customer support, call center, or the travel/hospitality industry is a plus, but not essential. We provide comprehensive training
- Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine desire to help people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You will work 5 days a week on a rotational shift pattern.
- Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Saturday - Sunday: 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM

- Legal Assistance: Dedicated legal support for processing your hiring and necessary administrative documents. (Candidates are responsible for gathering and providing all original required documents).
