Αναζητούμε Logistics Administrator για την Κεντρική Μονάδα Παραγωγής της εταιρείας μας, με έδρα τη Θεσσαλονίκη. Ο/Η κατάλληλος/η υποψήφιος/α θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για τον συντονισμό, την οργάνωση και την ομαλή ροή των διαδικασιών αποθήκευσης, διακίνησης και διαχείρισης αποθεμάτων.

Καθήκοντα:

  • Διαχείριση παραγγελιών, δελτίων αποστολής και συνοδευτικών
  • εγγράφων.
  • Καταχώρηση και παρακολούθηση αποθεμάτων στο ERP σύστημα.
  • Συντονισμός με το τμήμα παραγωγής και τις μεταφορικές εταιρείες για την έγκαιρη αποστολή προϊόντων.
  • Διασφάλιση της ακρίβειας στις παραδόσεις και στις ποσότητες.
  • Παρακολούθηση επιστροφών και ελέγχου αποκλίσεων.
  • Υποστήριξη στις εσωτερικές διαδικασίες αποθήκης και προμηθειών.
Requirements
  • Απόφοιτος/η ΑΕΙ ή ΤΕΙ (κατά προτίμηση Οικονομικών, Διοίκησης ή Logistics).
  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Η/Υ και ERP συστημάτων.
  • Καλή γνώση αγγλικών.
  • Οργανωτικές ικανότητες, ακρίβεια και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.
  • Ικανότητα συνεργασίας και επικοινωνίας με πολλά τμήματα.
