Ο ρόλος:

Ο Όμιλος ΠΑΛΙΡΡΟΙΑ αναζητά μια/έναν νέα/ο Credit Control Officer, να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα του Treasury & Credit Control της εταιρίας μας, με έδρα τα γραφεία της Κηφισιάς. Η θέση αναφέρεται απευθείας στον Group Treasury & Credit Control Manager του Ομίλου.

Βασικές Αρμοδιότητες

  • Ελέγχει την πιστοληπτική ικανότητα υφιστάμενων και νέων πελατών εσωτερικού και εξωτερικού αξιολογώντας την οικονομικής τους φερεγγυότητα
  • Ελέγχει τα υπόλοιπα των λογαριασμών και επικοινωνεί με τους αντίστοιχους πελάτες για την τακτοποίησή τους
  • Παρακολουθεί και διασφαλίζει την εφαρμογή της πιστωτικής πολιτικής της εταιρείας και διαχειρίζεται τις καθυστερήσεις πληρωμών των πελατών σε συνεργασία με τις ομάδες πωλήσεων.
  • Δημιουργεί τις αναφορές ωρίμανσης υπολοίπων πελατών και παρακολουθεί τις διορθωτικές ενέργειες προκειμένου να εξασφαλίσει έγκαιρα τις εισπράξεις
  • Συντονίζει τις τακτικές και έκτακτες συναντήσεις πιστωτικού ελέγχου με τις ομάδες πωλήσεων και όλους τους εμπλεκόμενους
  • Συνεργάζεται με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα της εταιρείας για την καλύτερη δυνατή είσπραξη των υπολοίπων των πελατών

Προφίλ:

  • Πτυχίο Οικονομικής κατεύθυνσης / Λογιστικής / Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων
  • Τουλάχιστον 3 έτη εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση
  • Καλή γνώση διαδικασιών factoring και ασφάλισης πιστώσεων
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση του MS Office
  • Εμπειρία στη χρήση συστημάτων ERP (γνώση SAP θα θεωρηθεί πρόσθετο προσόν)
  • Πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες στην αγγλική γλώσσα στον γραπτό και προφορικό λόγο
  • Πολύ καλές δεξιότητες σε εργασία με έμφαση στη λεπτομέρεια
  • Ικανότητα αποτελεσματικής εργασίας σε περιβάλλον με γρήγορους ρυθμούς και ανταγωνιστικές απαιτήσεις και συνεργασίας με διαφορετικές ομάδες
  • Ισχυρές ικανότητες οργάνωσης, επίλυσης προβλημάτων και ανάλυσης,
  • Κατανόηση των κανονισμών περί απορρήτου δεδομένων
