Στη Yum Tales Supply αλλάζουμε τον τρόπο που βλέπει η Ελλάδα τα ροφήματα και τα snacks. Εισάγουμε και διανέμουμε μερικά από τα πιο σύγχρονα και αγαπημένα διεθνή brands — από plant-based ροφήματα και matcha lattes μέχρι craft sodas και premium snacks — στα καλύτερα cafés, ξενοδοχεία και specialty καταστήματα της χώρας.

Αναπτυσσόμαστε δυναμικά και αναζητούμε έναν/μία Credit Control Officer για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα Finance, εξασφαλίζοντας την ομαλή και αποδοτική λειτουργία των οικονομικών μας διαδικασιών.

Περιγραφή Ρόλου

Ο/Η Credit Control Officer θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για τη διαχείριση των πιστώσεων των πελατών, την παρακολούθηση των υπολοίπων και τη διατήρηση άριστων συνεργασιών με τους εμπορικούς μας συνεργάτες. Ο ρόλος απαιτεί ακρίβεια, συνέπεια και εξαιρετική επικοινωνία.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Παρακολούθηση και είσπραξη ανεξόφλητων υπολοίπων
  • Έλεγχος και αξιολόγηση πιστωτικών ορίων πελατών
  • Συμφωνίες πελατών και επίλυση διαφορών
  • Προετοιμασία εβδομαδιαίων και μηνιαίων reports εισπράξεων
  • Συνεργασία με τα τμήματα Πωλήσεων και Customer Care για τη διασφάλιση της έγκαιρης πληρωμής
  • Διαχείριση θεμάτων τιμολόγησης και αποστολή ενημερωτικών καταστάσεων

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο Οικονομικών, Λογιστικής ή συναφούς αντικειμένου
  • 1–3 έτη εμπειρίας σε Credit Control ή Οικονομική Διαχείριση
  • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές δεξιότητες
  • Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και οργανωτική ικανότητα
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Excel και ERP συστημάτων
  • Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικών και Αγγλικών
