Menarini Hellas is seeking a
Compliance Specialist
to join our Compliance Department and help strengthen our culture of integrity and ethical business conduct. In this role, you'll report the Compliance Manager Greece, supporting compliance programs and ensuring alignment with Greek regulations, industry codes, and company policies. Occasional business travel may be required.

What You'll Do

You will support all aspects of the compliance program in Greece, including:

  • General & Business Support
    – Assist with compliance activities, documentation, reviews of materials/activities, and business partner adherence.
  • Risk Assessment
    – Gather data, track mitigation measures, and support local risk assessments.
  • Policies & Procedures
    – Help implement global policies locally and contribute to documentation of controls.
  • Training & Communication
    – Support training oversight and help prepare communication materials.
  • Monitoring & Investigations
    – Assist with monitoring plans, CAPAs, reporting, and speak-up culture initiatives.
  • Reporting & Transparency
    – Compile information for local and global reporting, including Transparency reports under Greek law and the SFEE Code.

What We're Looking For

  • University degree (Law, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related).
  • 2+ years' experience
    in compliance, legal, audit, or regulatory roles—ideally in the life sciences sector.
  • Knowledge of
    Greek pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and industry codes
    (e.g., SFEE Code, EOF).
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with internal controls/monitoring.
  • Excellent communication skills in
    Greek & English
    .
  • A proactive, ethical, collaborative professional with strong organizational skills, adaptability, and integrity.
