We are looking for an
AML/CFT Compliance Specialist
to join our Regulatory Compliance AML/CFT team.

The Regulatory Compliance AML/CFT Department is responsible for monitoring the regulatory framework and informing staff on matters related to its implementation.

This position offers the opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding and familiarity with the company's established policies/guidelines, as well as the broader institutional framework governing it, including operational regulations and procedures related to all company activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review, evaluation, and management of customer file changes (KYC process).
  • Review, evaluation, and management of transactions for monitoring compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CFT) regulatory framework.
  • Analysis, documentation, and management of requests to authorities regarding AML/CFT-related matters.
  • Participation in projects, procedures, policies, and guidelines related to AML/CFT issues.
  • Contribution to the design of the annual regulatory compliance program and effective implementation of the anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing policy.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • University degree, preferably in Economics or Finance. Postgraduate studies will be considered an additional asset.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Effective management of daily challenges.
  • Collaboration with a focus on developing synergies within involved departments.
  • High level of analytical and synthetic thinking for data processing and interpretation.
  • Strong results orientation aimed at identifying and highlighting potential risks and addressing them promptly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Well-developed planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) especially Excel.
