Operations Specialist

BIOAXIS Healthcare, an IQVIA business, the largest company that specializes in the provision of high-quality Patient Education and Care Services, through patient support programs, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team. This role involves overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with industry standards while driving organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Compliance
Design, implement, and manage the PSP's operational architecture.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align operations with industry standards
Process Improvement & Planning
Manage and improve operational processes, policies, and systems aligned with the organization's mission.
Contribute to short- and long-term organizational planning initiatives aimed at operational excellence.
Promptly implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions within area of responsibility.
Qualifications required:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (e.g., Economics, Marketing).
Proven experience in operations management, program supervision, or a related field.
Data analysis and KPI monitoring skills, ensuring accurate measurement of performance indicators.
Skills / Personality
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Ability to coordinate across departments and drive operational improvements.
