BIOAXIS Healthcare, an IQVIA business, the largest company that specializes in the provision of high-quality Patient Education and Care Services, through patient support programs, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team. This role involves overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with industry standards while driving organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Compliance

  • Design, implement, and manage the PSP's operational architecture.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align operations with industry standards

Process Improvement & Planning

  • Manage and improve operational processes, policies, and systems aligned with the organization's mission.

  • Contribute to short- and long-term organizational planning initiatives aimed at operational excellence.

  • Promptly implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions within area of responsibility.

Qualifications required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (e.g., Economics, Marketing).

  • Proven experience in operations management, program supervision, or a related field.

  • Data analysis and KPI monitoring skills, ensuring accurate measurement of performance indicators.

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

  • Ability to coordinate across departments and drive operational improvements.
