Senior Operations Specialist

We are looking for a solutions-driven Senior Operations Specialist to support, scale, and optimise our taxi operations across Greece and Cyprus. About the role

As a Senior Operations Specialist, you will own the full taxi driver lifecycle — from acquisition and onboarding to performance management, engagement, and retention. Your work will directly impact service quality, marketplace balance, and customer experience across two key markets.

You'll collaborate with local Greece & Cyprus teams and cross-functional departments such as Central Operations, Product, and Legal, ensuring that local execution aligns with global best practices. This is a hands-on role with real-time influence on operational outcomes, supply growth, and marketplace reliability.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Gathering and analysing data from various sources (rides data, user feedback, financial reports, etc.) to monitor supply/demand performance and create reports with key insights for stakeholders.
• Tracking and developing KPIs (e.g. ride volumes, driver availability, customer satisfaction, and revenue) and dashboards to monitor real-time company performance.
• Conducting and benchmarking market research to understand trends and compare company performance against competitors.
• Identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities on a local level that may impact the business.
• Documenting and optimising business processes to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Developing and recommending scenarios and strategies to support strategic planning and forecasting.
• Leading projects and communicating with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, etc.) to ensure operational success and alignment on business goals.

About you:

• You have 3–5 years of experience in operations, analytics, consulting, or a similar field.
• Fluent in Greek and English (written and verbal).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable working directly with taxi drivers and fleets.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (SQL/Looker is a plus).
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
• Experience in mobility, transportation, or high-growth/scale-up environments is an advantage.
