Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and coordinate the sale of corporate gift products across multiple channels
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales team
  • Prepare, issue, and manage dispatch and shipping/delivery documentation
  • Create and send accurate invoices to clients
  • Process and enter customer orders into internal systems efficiently
  • Maintain and update the company's CRM system
  • Filing, reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures/provide improvement support
  • Customer service, responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Liaise with finance, logistics, and procurement to ensure cross-departmental procedures are followed
  • Support team co-ordination

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
  • Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or logistics will be considered an asset
  • Prior experience with AI tools and platforms is a plus
  • Passion for integrating new technologies to optimize business processes and improve team performance
