Key Accountabilities:

  • Develops and executes strategic account business plans, aligning customer objectives with company growth ambitions, ensuring long-term, profitable partnerships.
  • Develops, manages and grows strong relationships with key customers to maximize sales opportunities
  • Identifies new business opportunities within key accounts
  • Leads annual negotiation cycles, including trade terms, promotional plans, listings/delisting decisions, and joint value creation initiatives
  • Collaborates effectively with key functions (Field, Finance, Demand Planning, Marketing, Shopper Marketing) to secure customer service excellence and on-shelf availability
  • Analyzes and understands market trends, dynamics and opportunities to grow through new channels/customers
  • Monitors sales performance and analyzes account data, via effective reporting and forecasting to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Participates and contributes in S&OP meetings providing customer insights and ensuring forecast accuracy
  • Drives Joint Business Planning (JBP) and ensures flawless execution of agreed plans, reviewing performance vs. KPIs on a quarterly basis
  • Leads innovation & NPD execution at customer level, ensuring perfect launch visibility, distribution, and shelf performance

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics / Business Administration, Marketing or any equivalent
  • Master's Degree in Economics / Business Administration, Marketing or any equivalent, will be considered as an asset
  • At Least 3-5 years of experience in Sales preferably Key Account Management /within FMCG sector or consumer health
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office apps
  • P&L understanding
  • Knowledge of Nielsen IQ
