Now working with >25 customers (multiple leading OEMs) and earlier this year we completed the largest ever Series A in composites manufacturing (link) to fuel a significant scale-up with growth plans that will see the business multiply in size over the next 2-3 years and expand operations into Europe and the US.The business currently has facilities in Gloucester UK (Factory 1), Bristol UK (Hardware R&D Centre) and in Athens GR (Software R&D Centre).As we scale and grow, we're looking for talented individuals to help us continue driving this transformation. If you're ready to be part of a pioneering team that's reshaping industries and pushing the boundaries of technology, we want to hear from youObjectives of the roleSupport global hiring initiatives with a focus on top-of-funnel sourcing and candidate experience.Own well-defined requisitions end-to-end under guidance from the TA Lead.Maintain ATS data hygiene and transparent communication with candidates and hiring teams.What will you be doing?Source candidates via LinkedIn, communities, events, and referrals; craft personalised outreach for multiple geographies.Coordinate interviews, manage feedback cycles, and keep candidates informed with velocity and care.Run initial screens against scorecards and prepare concise debrief notes.Maintain pipelines, update funnel dashboards (time-to-hire, pass-through), and propose experiments to improve conversion.Draft/post job ads, support employer branding content and events.What do we need from you?0–2 (up to 3) years in recruiting/talent research, ideally within technology/manufacturing/engineering.Strong written communication; comfortable speaking with engineers and operators.Organised, detail-oriented, eager to learn structured hiring; familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS workflows (Teamtailor a plus).Positive, proactive, collaborative mindset.Why iCOMAT?Competitive Salary & Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including private healthcare, pension scheme.Stock Options: Equity options to give employees a stake in the company's successCareer Growth Opportunities: Join us at a pivotal time as we scale up, offering unmatched professional growth opportunities in the rapidly advancing field of composite materials.Innovation-Focused Culture: We pride ourselves on our inclusive, forward-thinking work environment.
