Όλα αυτά τα χρόνια, στόχος της εταιρείας είναι η ολοκληρωμένη προσφορά υπηρεσιών αυτοκινήτου στους πελάτες της και η δημιουργία μίας μακροχρόνιας σχέσης εμπιστοσύνης μαζί τους.Η εταιρεία αποτελείται από 2 καταστήματα πωλήσεων μεταχειρισμένων αυτοκινήτων (Koilakos Carpark σε Νέα Σμύρνη & Π. Φάληρο) και μια κάθετη μονάδα (Πώληση-Service-Ανταλλακτικά-Φανοποιείο) ως Εξουσιοδοτημένος Έμπορος Skoda & Εξουσιοδοτημένος Επισκευαστής Skoda-Volkswagen-Volkswagen Επαγγελματικά.

Αυτή είναι μια θέση πλήρους απασχόλησης επιτόπου για
Τεχνικός Σύμβουλος Συνεργείου
που βρίσκεται στην Αθήνα.

Ο
Τεχνικός Σύμβουλος Συνεργείου
θα είναι υπεύθυνος για την παροχή υπηρεσιών με επίκεντρο τον πελάτη,

τη διασφάλιση της ικανοποίησης των πελατών, την αποτελεσματική επικοινωνία και την υποστήριξη

μετά την πώληση σε καθημερινή βάση.

Βασικές αρμοδιότητες:

  • Διάγνωση τεχνικών προβλημάτων
  • Παροχή εξυπηρέτησης πελατών και ανταπόκριση σε τεχνικές ερωτήσεις
  • Διαρκή επικοινωνία και συνεργασία με τα τμήματα του συνεργείου για την πορεία υλοποίησης των επισκευών και την επίλυση ζητημάτων που προκύπτουν
  • Επικοινωνία με την εισαγωγική (προφορική και γραπτή) για δύσκολες περιπτώσεις επισκευών καθώς και για περιπτώσεις νέων τεχνολογιών
  • Παρακολούθηση της ποιότητας της εργασίας, έλεγχος παράδοσης οχήματος, μεταφορά αυτοκινήτων και συνοδεία πελάτη
  • Έλεγχος περιπτώσεων εγγυήσεων
  • Καταχώρηση τιμολογήσεων στο σύστημα και προώθησή τους στη γραμματεία του συνεργείου (ταμείο)

Προφίλ υποψηφίου:

  • Πτυχίο Τεχνικής Σχολής σε σχετικό πεδίο, όπως μηχανολογία ή ηλεκτρολογία (απαραίτητο)
  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση
  • Καλή χρήση MS Office
  • Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας (γραπτά και προφορικά)
  • Καλή τεχνική αντίληψη και ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ομαδικό πνεύμα
  • Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις (για τους άνδρες υποψηφίους)
