Our client is a leading supplier of technical services and software development.
Location: Athens
Working Model: hybrid, on-site, remote
You will be reporting to Customer Service Supervisor
What you will do:
As a Dutch Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries from customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
More specifically:
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team targets and call-handling quotas
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch language (C1-C2 level).
- Previous experience in customer service will be considered as an asset.
- Tech savvy/Knowledge of MS office tools.
- Proficient English Skills (Oral &Written).
- Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking and communicative.
