​ Τι θα κάνεις:

​Διαχείριση Χαρτοφυλακίου: Εντοπισμός και ανάθεση ακινήτων προς πώληση ή ενοικίαση.

Υποδείξεις: Παρουσίαση των ακινήτων σε πιθανούς αγοραστές

​Networking: Ανάπτυξη και διατήρηση σχέσεων εμπιστοσύνης με ιδιοκτήτες και αγοραστές.

​Διαπραγμάτευση: Καθοδήγηση των πελατών σε όλη τη διαδικασία της αγοραπωλησίας.

​Προβολή: Συμμετοχή στη στρατηγική προώθησης των ακινήτων της εταιρείας.

​ Τι αναζητούμε:

​Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες.

​Επαγγελματισμό, συνέπεια και ομαδικό πνεύμα.

​Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας (επιπλέον γλώσσες θα θεωρηθούν προσόν).

​Εξοικείωση με τη χρήση τεχνολογίας και social media.

​Προϋπηρεσία στις πωλήσεις θα εκτιμηθεί, αλλά δεν είναι απαραίτητη (παρέχουμε πλήρη εκπαίδευση).
