The People & Culture department is an international and collaborative team that partners closely with the business to enhance performance through people. We focus on delivering impactful, cost-effective HR solutions that support strategic goals, promote a culture of efficiency and inclusion, and ensure the right knowledge is in place to meet evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR point of contact for business leaders and employees in Türkiye, Greece, and South Africa
• Partner with local and regional leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
• Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies
• Provide guidance on performance management, employee development, and succession planning
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies while maintaining a pragmatic and business-oriented approach
• Collaborate with global HR teams on initiatives such as compensation reviews, engagement surveys, and diversity & inclusion programs
• Support change management efforts and organizational development projects
• Maintain accurate HR data and contribute to HR reporting and analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, preferably in an international or regional role
• Extensive knowledge of employment practices in Türkiye, Greece, and South Africa
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across cultures and functions
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Fluency in English and Turkish (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel occasionally across the region

Additional Information
This is a hybrid position and requires up to 20 travel days per year.
