What You'll Be Doing:

  • Organize and prioritize requests from users and clients
  • Follow and monitor the
    end-to-end account management process
  • Present
    FOODAKAI's capabilities
    to clients and assist with onboarding sessions
  • Use
    Generative AI tools
    to automate and optimize the customer success process — improving efficiency and client experience
  • Prepare support materials and training content for users and customers using AI tools
  • Collaborate with the Business Development, Product and Engineering team to deliver value to clients while tracking performance with KPIs
