VP of Customer Success & Onboarding | Hybrid | Athens | Maritime SaaS
The role:
Reviva are working with a fast-growing Software company who create cutting edge Maritime Management AI solutions.
They have shown steady and continuous organic growth over the last 2 years, and are now looking for a VP of Customer Success, to manage a team of 5 people and drive th function forward.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $80K - $100K
- Yearly Bonus
- Stock options
- 30 days holiday
- Private Medical Insurance
Location:
- Hybrid, 3 days a week in Athens.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting into the CEO, you will manage a team who is split covering two different areas.
- Customer Onboarding - Implementation and Delivery, looking after the customer from the moment the software is sold to the complete delivery of the solution.
- Customer Success - Training the customers, cross selling etc...)
- There are currently 3 people in Customer Success and 2 people in onboarding, meaning you'll be managing a team of 5 initially with scope to grow.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience within Customer Success and Onboarding
- You come from a SaaS background or a large consultancy firm.
- Have managed teams of at least 2-3 people for the last couple of years.
- Maritime experience is desirable but not essential.
- Growth mindset, who likes to train and develop teams.
