Kaizen Gaming is seeking an AI Product Analyst to join our team of AI experts. We leverage AI to accelerate growth and enhance the customer journey, creating personalized experiences and "Wow" moments that set new standards for engagement and satisfaction. Become a Driving Force in AI Product Success

As an AI Product Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI products. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to define success metrics, optimize product performance, and translate business goals into actionable data insights. Your analytics skills together with your passion and curiosity for data will be key into the evolution of our AI products.

As an AI Product Analyst you will:

  • Drive AI product success: You'll play a pivotal role by providing data-driven recommendations and insights to improve and optimize product performance and define success metrics aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategies and effectively communicate product insights.
  • Analyze and Test: Conduct in-depth analysis, help design and execute A/B tests to evaluate product changes and AI models & features.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics)
  • Proven experience in data analysis with a focus of uncovering valuable insights
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, and programming languages such as SQL, Python, etc
  • Proven & practical experience with at least one of the following data visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and data science concepts
  • Prior experience on A/B testing methodologies and experimental design and more specifically on A/B testing recommendation systems
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • We're looking for someone who is passionate and curious about data, always asking WHY, enjoys a challenge, is self driven, works well with ambiguity, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • You have excellent communication, presentation and story telling skills, are a strong problem solver, and can influence decisions and direction with data-driven insights
