Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, and cloud-based network solutions.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability.
  • Implement and manage firewalls, VPNs, and security protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and IT needs.
  • Document network configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of routing, switching, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
  • Hands-on experience with firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar).
  • Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, etc.) preferred.
