Responsibilities:
Suggest human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing complex information and recommending courses of action.
Work on initiatives to improve manager and employee performance and experience by identifying systemic problems and suggesting potential solutions.
Oversee and complete high-impact special projects, including setting timelines, coordinating with senior leadership, conducting in-depth research, developing and organizing information, and ensuring successful implementation.
Prepare comprehensive reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing complex data and trends.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by maintaining awareness of existing and new legislation, including anticipating, enforcing, and advising management on needed actions.
Own the employee lifecycle process, ensuring a positive and cohesive employee experience.
Review and file new hire paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Address complex employee relations, employee concerns, and/or disciplinary or performance issues, providing guidance to managers and employees.
Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and recommend changes to improve retention.
Update/revise employee policies and procedures as required by law or necessary for the business, leading the implementation of new policies.
Maintain a positive culture by managing day-to-day office tasks and leading culture-building initiatives.
Mentor and support junior HR staff, providing guidance and development opportunities.
Participate in strategic planning and lead HR initiatives to support business objectives.
Other duties as assigned based on the needs of the business.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of direct experience; hourly population and/or call center experience highly preferred.
Strong ability to multitask, extremely detail-oriented, with great communication skills.
Experience with HRIS systems, reporting, HR practices/procedures, benefits, and compensation will be considered a plus.
Proficient in English.
Knowledge of Greek employment law.
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources OR equivalent work experience
Work Location / Work Schedule / Travel:
Office Based
Occasional travel may be required for meetings, conferences, or client engagements, as per business needs.
