Kostis Jewellery is a leading jewellery company in the Greek market for over 30 years.

We are looking for an E Commerce Manager to join our team.

More specifically he/she will:


• Lead the eCommerce team (constantly growing) and manage all company's partners and vendors.


• Plan and manage the online P&L of the company.


• Enhance the online customer experience, define and prioritize site features and functionality, maximize usability, increase KPI performance and identify programs that will further engage the consumers.


• Analyze data and performance of online sales and activities to make the necessary adjustments/enhancements.


• Provide end-to-end project management, when necessary (scope/develop/deliver/monitor).


• Collaborate with independent teams to design, develop and implement digital projects.


• Monitor and report on Website metrics.


• Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects.


• Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues.

Qualifications and Experience


• A university degree, ideal to Masters level (we care mostly for the critical thinking of the applicant, and not the subject of studies per se)


• At least 3 years of experience on a mid-scale ecommerce property.


• Excellent knowledge and understanding of all Digital marketing tools (Performance, Social, Email, Affiliations, etc.).


• Understanding of SEO strategies, techniques and tools.


• Excellent use of Google Analytics (i.e., you can create custom solutions, such as metrics, reports, etc.).


• Good knowledge of the rest of Google products' series (Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Google MyBusiness, etc.).


• Good knowledge of sales and logistics (terminology, operations, KPls).


• Deep understanding of UX/Ul

Leading, motivating and organizing skills.


• Passion about eCommerce and Innovation.


• Fluency in English (both written and oral).
