Η θέση αφορά στην υποστήριξη του δικτύου συνεργατών και καταστημάτων ΗΡΩΝ και απαιτεί καθημερινή επικοινωνία με το δίκτυο για την εξυπηρέτηση πωλήσεων.

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Τηλεφωνική  και γραπτή υποστήριξη του δικτύου πωλήσεων για θέματα που αφορούν σε προϊόντα, υπηρεσίες , διαχείριση συστημάτων και έμμεσης εξυπηρέτησης πελατών.
  • Επικοινωνία με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα της εταιρείας με σκοπό την άμεση διευθέτηση αιτημάτων που προέρχονται από το δίκτυο πωλήσεων.
  • Ενημέρωση των καναλιών πωλήσεων αναφορικά με τις διαδικασίες της εταιρείας (νέες και υφιστάμενες)
  • Διαχείριση παραγγελιών του προωθητικού υλικού του δικτύου πωλήσεων

Requirements

  • Προϋπηρεσία στο τομέα της ενέργειας
  • Γνώσεις pc και MS office
  • Γνώσεις Αγγλικών
