Sales & Business Development Manager – Architecture & Design (Remote, Germany)

- Διανομή και προώθηση υλικών υψηλής ποιότητας στον κλάδο των επιχρισμάτων (plaster)
- Ανάπτυξη και εφαρμογή στρατηγικών πωλήσεων για την κοινότητα της αρχιτεκτονικής & του design
- Ενεργή παρακολούθηση leads και ανάπτυξη νέων συνεργασιών
- Ικανότητα διαπραγμάτευσης και αποτελεσματικό κλείσιμο συμφωνιών
- Δημιουργία και διατήρηση ισχυρών σχέσεων με αρχιτέκτονες, designers και developers
- Παρουσιάσεις προϊόντων, επιδείξεις και συμμετοχή σε κλαδικές εκδηλώσεις (ψηφιακά ή onsite)
- Χρήση CRM & εργαλείων αυτοματοποίησης για τη διαχείριση πελατολογίου και πωλήσεων
- Συνεργασία με εσωτερικές ομάδες για την ομαλή παράδοση έργων και ικανοποίηση πελατών
Requirements
- Εμπειρία 2+ ετών σε πωλήσεις, με έμφαση σε αρχιτεκτονική, design ή συναφείς κλάδους
- Αποδεδειγμένη επιτυχία σε στόχους πωλήσεων
- Εξαιρετική γνώση CRM και sales automation εργαλείων
- Ικανότητες επικοινωνίας, διαπραγμάτευσης και closing
- Άριστη γνώση Γερμανικών (γραπτά & προφορικά)
- Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
- Αυτοπαρακίνηση, ομαδικό πνεύμα και ικανότητα εργασίας σε remote περιβάλλον
